Pratham Synergy Solutions was founded on a simple observation: the manufacturing and trading businesses that drive Saurashtra's economy were being served by search firms and HR consultants headquartered elsewhere — people who understood recruitment in general, but not the specific rhythms of a ceramics plant in Morbi or a casting unit outside Rajkot.
We set out to close that gap. Today, we work as an extension of our clients' leadership teams — closing leadership and specialist roles through executive search, building the HR systems that let a growing company scale without losing its culture, and advising on the organisational questions that come with growth.
